Bing has been a full time REALTOR since 1993, specializing in sales and marketing single family homes, condos , as well as multi unit properties in San Mateo and San Francisco counties.
Bing’s approach to real estate transactions are grounded in the client relationship.  Whether personal or rental property, her first priority is to understand her client’s goal, desires and needs.  She is passionate about the internet presence and dedicates resources to insure that this most important aspect of advertising and interactive communication is integrated with all of her marketing.

She has helped clients buy and sell properties for the last 20+ years and she understands the diverse situations that may arise during the listing, buying or escrow processes.  Ninety-nine percent of her clients return to Bing for assistance in subsequent purchases and sales or referral from families and friends.   Her clients repeatedly say she is very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and goes above and beyond their expectations .

Bing is affiliated with the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the San Mateo County Association of Realtors.  She has achieved several sales milestones, awards and recognition in the 25+ years she has been in the Real Estate Industry.

In addition to her full time involvement with her profession as a Real Estate Broker, her busy schedule includes attending to her family’s needs.  She has been married to her husband Gordon for 25 years and has two children, Mark and Sabrina and her pet poodle Macy.   She finds time playing competitive tennis and is a member of USTA and Millbrae Tennis Club.

A West Coast native--born and raised in Oregon, Rebecca has lived in the Bay Area off and on since the early 80's and the past 20+ years in San Francisco.

Areas of Expertise
Having lived in the North End of San Francisco for 12 years, Rebecca is intimately familiar with Nob Hill, Russian Hill and North Beach as these are the neighborhoods where she's lived, owned property, works and plays.

Rebecca currently lives at Ocean Beach in the Outer Richmond with her two pets. She has helped many clients buy and sell homes in the Central and Outer Richmond and Central and Outer Sunset neighborhoods. 

Rebecca has sold homes all over San Francisco including multiple sales in Downtown SF, South Beach, Noe Valley, Glen Park, Sunnyside, Mission Terrace and Silver Terrace (among others).

Rebecca's northern peninsula business includes Daly CIty, South SF, Millbrae, Belmont and Burlingame. (Basically San Mateo north to San Francisco.)

In Marin County, she has worked all the way from Sausalito to Novato (mostly San Rafael). Having recently purchased a second home in Healdsburg, Rebecca is also familiar with many of the small towns along 101 in Sonoma County (Petaluma, Penngrove, Healdsburg, Windsor, etc.).

Having fixed up four properties--including readying a TIC (tenancy-in-common) for condo-conversion--Rebecca knows the value that remodeling can add to a real estate investment. Even buying raw land in the path of progress (another investment she's made on the island of Roatan in Honduras) can have tremendous upside potential.

Rebecca's clients have different motivations for their sale or purchase of San Francisco Bay Area real estate. When not working, Rebecca spends time with her menagerie and friends and enjoys wine-tasting in nearby Sonoma County. Once COVID is over, she will resume volunteering at the San Francisco SPCA.

Rebecca serves on the Board of Directors for the Chinese Real Estate Association of America (CREAA) and was recently on the San Francisco Association of Realtors (SFAR) Board of Directors. She serves on the Government Relations Committee for SFAR and helps with events for CREAA.  She recently joined the Board for Wonder Dog Rescue as a stepping stone towards her ultimate goal of saving farm animals.
